nonprofit operations & project management

Christina is an experienced arts administrator and strategist who specializes in helping organizations and creative professionals build the systems that make meaningful work possible. With over a decade of experience in fundraising, concert production, artistic project management, and program administration, she brings both vision and precision to the behind-the-scenes efforts that support vibrant artistic programming and nonprofit work. Her work is shaped by her dual identity as a performer and administrator, giving her a unique perspective on the needs of entrepreneurs, audiences, and institutions alike.

Christina currently serves as the Donor Database Administrator and Music Development Director at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in NYC, where she develops and executes donor campaigns, produces donor events, cultivates relationships with individual and foundational supporters, and identifies and writes grants for the concert series. She is also responsible for maintaining the donor database for the entire church. Previously, Christina has held organizational roles at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Kaufman Music Center, and the Baroque Opera Workshop at Queens College, and is deeply passionate about working with small to mid-sized nonprofits and creative entrepreneurs to bring clarity, structure, and ease to their operations. She supports the next generation of artist entrepreneurs through Gettysburg College's alumni career network, which pairs alumni with current students for individualized remote summer projects and career mentorship opportunities.
